Short answer
For an arrival, the representative uses the confirmed post-flight meeting procedure and assists through the applicable sequence. For a departure, the representative meets at the agreed terminal point and guides the passenger toward check-in and eligible priority formalities.
The three parts of the service
A confirmed meeting plan
The booking records the flight, terminal context, lead passenger and contact method.
Personal airport guidance
The representative explains and follows the relevant passenger route.
Eligible priority access
Fast Track channels are used where the service and live airport operation permit.
What it cannot replace
The service does not issue visas, waive security, decide immigration entry, change airline deadlines or guarantee a connection.
Passengers remain responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with airline and UAE authority instructions.
Meet-and-greet questions
Will somebody hold my name?
The final confirmation explains the exact identification and meeting procedure appropriate to the terminal and direction.
Is Fast Track included?
Eligible priority processing is part of the service where the relevant lane is operating and permits access.
Does it include a lounge?
No. Lounge entry is a separate product unless it is explicitly added in writing.
