The two-direction package saves (~$6) per paying passenger compared with two separate services.
What happens after you submit
We check the flight details and staff availability before confirming the order. The exact USD total is calculated on the server; an amount-locked PayPal link is then used for payment.
Lounge entry, transport, porter service and airline mobility assistance are not included unless they appear in the written confirmation.

Is a child charged the adult rate?
No. Children aged 3–10 pay (~$17.50) per direction.
Do I enter an infant in the form?
Yes. Infants are free, but their names and ages are still required for staff planning.
Which currency is used?
All displayed totals and payments are in US dollars.
Is the booking confirmed immediately?
No. Confirmation follows a staff-availability check and successful payment.
